We have bought and sold many houses over the years and I have yet to meet anyone who works as hard as this couple. Cam and Missy, not only make a great dynamic duo, but they are kind, thoughtful, and an absolute pleasure to work with. We accidentally made new friends along with the purchase of this house! I will never use another real estate team that they are not part of. Even more impressive, they continued to follow up on things AFTER THE PURCHASE. We have never experienced aftercare before. All others we used over the years disappear right after closing. At no time were we left to figure things out on our own. Missy and Cam researched the Termite Bond for us, they made extra keys and had the locks changed for us, and they had the gas fireplaces and chimney inspected and safety certified. They also reminded us of a long list of things people usually forget about when moving. We have always recommended them to friends and will most certainly continue to do so.

My husband and I have moved a total of 54 times and purchased more than seven homes. One year ago work required that we move from RI to CA. We expected RI to be our forever home and the move across the country was unexpected and unsettling. Enter Missy Cameron, realtor extraordinaire. Missy took me on tours all around the San Diego area, looking at homes for rent and for sale. Our timeline was so compressed we decided to rent in Coronado until we could decide what our future would hold. Of course we were looking for a needle in a haystack, a rental home that would allow a large dog and a flexible lease all within our budget. While I am sure there was a great flurry of activity I did not see, Missy, seemingly without a problem, found us the absolute perfect home to hang our temporary hat. A short 10 months later we decided that San Diego was to become our permanent home. Missy’s up to date insight into the market enabled us to find and close on our dream home in under 40 days. But she didn’t stop there, we wanted to renovate a significant portion of the home before we moved in.
